1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the delivery date to return eligible items. All products must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your CoosyWomens.com account
- Go to “My Orders” and select the item(s)
- Choose between refund or exchange
- Print the prepaid return label (if eligible)
- Ship your package within 5 days of approval
3. Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
4. Exchanges
- Available for size changes only (subject to stock)
- Must be requested within the 14-day window
- Customer covers return shipping for exchanges
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Swimwear & lingerie (if hygiene seal is broken)
- Final sale items (marked “Non-Refundable”)
- Gift cards
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives flawed:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Provide clear photos of the issue
- We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement
7. International Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Refunds exclude original shipping fees and customs charges

9. Return Shipping Tips
